Newsroom: Belgrade True Value to change affiliates to Ace Hardware

September 21, 2017

After 21 years, the True Value hardware store located on Jackrabbit Lane will be switching its affiliation company to Ace Hardware, and will be adopting the Ace Super Store setup, which is the company’s largest store size.

Internal changes to the store can be expected as soon as this week, according to a newsletter sent out by Carey MacMaster, store manager. The store will also receive a new marquee and the branch’s iconic logo will be displayed on the front of the building.

But changes would be evident in more than just retail signage, said Steve Bockmayer, storeowner. The Ace Hardware store brand has been doing more to keep up with new and relevant merchandise that would allow the store to better serve the community.
